Christ.Ph has programs to promote, support or feature activities of christians throughout the country. Making the works of the body of Christ known to everyone to serve as a positive encouragement and acknowledgement of God’s wondrous works in our lives.
Everything we do as Christians must be for God’s Glory.
Whether we believe in God, follow his commandments to love God above all and love our neighbors as ourselves.
Let us be certain that we do them all for God’s glory!
“Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. ” – 1 Cor 10:31
We are thankful to God for his Grace, for we are saved from eternal death not by doing good works or better nor by trying our best to follow the commandments but by accepting God’s grace through faith.
For no matter how hard we try we will remain imperfect.It is only by the Grace of God that we are saved through faith in our Savior.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.” – Eph 2:8-9
“But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; to declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.” -Romans 3:21-26
We have received freely from God. We are expected to give freely as well.
Our lives are given to us for free, even so is eternal through our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
“This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” –
1 John 3:16-18
Being a Christian is more than just an instantaneous conversion – it is a daily process whereby you grow to be more and more like Christ.
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing.
